The Valley of Calamuchita, located in the heart of Córdoba province, Argentina, invites you to celebrate its rich viticultural heritage during the fourth edition of the Fiesta del Vino y la Vid. This festival, which runs from March 23 to 25, showcases the region’s winemaking traditions through a series of delightful events across several picturesque towns.

The festivities kick off today in Villa General Belgrano with a wine tasting event, setting the tone for a weekend full of flavors and cultural expressions. Tomorrow, on Saturday, the celebration continues, focusing on a special lunch event in the neighboring town of Villa Ciudad Parque, where a variety of local dishes will be highlighted.

As the sun sets, join us for a truly unique experience at the historic Capilla Inmaculada Concepción, dating back to 1815. Beginning at 6 PM, renowned chef Martínez de Mira will conduct a masterclass, sharing his culinary expertise and pairing options with the exceptional wines from the region. This session promises to inspire both seasoned chefs and home cooks alike.

In addition to gastronomic delights, the festival will also feature an art exhibition curated by local artist Roxana Beta, whose works reflect the stunning landscapes and vibrant culture of Calamuchita. The evening will culminate in a concert of Baroque music, creating an enchanting atmosphere within the hallowed hall of the chapel.

This event is a collaborative effort, with participation from four communities: Villa General Belgrano, La Cumbrecita, Villa Ciudad Parque, and Los Reartes.
